Georgetown Place Cooperative, its employees, and its agent

To qualify for housing at Georgetown Place Cooperative, families must be within
the income limits allowed for the number of members in the family. This limit includes
the income of each person in your home and all income in your home.

After reading through our Membership Selection Plan and you feel you would
like to take the next step in becoming a Georgetown Place Coop member, then
download and fill out this document. After filling out the application and with
the accompanying materials, you MUST bring them in
person to Georgetown Place office. Our hours of operation are
located on the contact page. If you have any questions

Unit Floor Plans
At Georgetown Place Coop, we offer a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom
units that can fit nearly any family’s needs. Floor plans feature main-floor living, dining
and kitchen areas plus generous second-floor bedrooms for our 2 and 3 bedroom units.
Every Georgetown unit includes an oven/range, refrigerator, and disposal in a newly updated
kitchen, large closets, individual furnace and hot water heater, professional lawn service, snow
removal from main walkways and streets, cable ready outlets and too many more features to list.

1 Bedroom
Our 1 Bedroom unit features one-level living for the young adult on-the-go or for senior citizens who may have a hard time climbing stairs. The convenience of the large kitchen, separate dining area and large living room make this a cute home with a lot of charm perfect for the single person or couple.

2 Bedroom
Our 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath Townhouse is perfect for couples or families with one or two children. This townhouse offers a large main-floor living area with spacious bedrooms on the 2nd level. This unit also includes a full basement for storage or a multi-purpose area.

2 Bedroom with half bath
Our 2 Bedroom / 1.5 Bath Townhouse boasts the same features as our 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath unit but this one includes a main-floor bathroom perfect for the family with two teenagers! This unit also includes a full basement.

3 Bedroom
Our largest Townhouse is our 3 Bedroom / 1.5 Bath unit. This home is perfect for larger families or those needing a little extra room. This unit features a large master bedroom with two moderately sized bedrooms all on the second floor. This unit also includes a full basement.
