At Georgetown Place Cooperative, we offer one, two and three bedroom units that can fit nearly any families needs. Floor plans feature main-floor living, dining and kitchen areas plus generous second floor bedrooms for our two and three bedroom units. Every Georgetown unit includes an oven/range, refrigerator and disposal in a newly updated kitchen, large closets, individual furnace and hot water heater, professional lawn service, snow removal from main walkways and streets, cable ready outlets and too many more features to list.

Qualifying
To qualify for housing at Georgetown Place Cooperative, families must be within the income limits allowed for the number of members in the family. This limit includes the income of each person in your home and all income in your home.

Application
After reading through our Membership Selection Plan and you feel you would like to take the next step in becoming a Georgetown Place Coop member, then download and fill out this document and mail it back to us. Once we receive your completely filled out application and accompanying materials, we will contact you updating you of the process. There is a $35 application fee.
